How do I determine my correct nail size?
You can find your perfect fit by using our 'Sizing Guide' page, which provides instructions on measuring your natural nail bed with a ruler. For the most accurate results, we highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit before placing your first order.
How long do the nails stay on?
Wear time depends on your application method. Using our professional-grade nail glue, sets can last 2–3 weeks. If you use adhesive tabs, they are perfect for short-term wear of 1–3 days, making them ideal for special events.
Are your press-on nails reusable?
Yes! Because our nails are handmade with multiple layers of high-quality salon gel, they are durable and reusable. To reuse, gently buff away any dried glue from the back of the press-on nail after removal.
What is included in my nail kit?
Every order includes a complete application prep kit containing a mini nail file, a wooden cuticle pusher, alcohol prep pads, professional nail glue, and a sheet of adhesive tabs.
How long does shipping take for handmade sets?
Since each set is custom-made to order, our current processing time is 5–7 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, so please ensure you measure your nails accurately before ordering.
